Daon't know but it might be developed for the Parish Dakar rallies in which Tatra run also. Started typing before the end of the video, and then saw that it indeed is from Paris-Dakar. I recognized those boards from once driving in the Sahara. We had longer ones that were strapped to the roof and manually dug under the wheels when stuck. Probably somebody lazy with a nice tool shop thought that should be done better and quicker. Cool, thanks for the vid.
