Well I ran into a gentleman ( in Richmond) from Texas who purchaced one. They were empty. The 2nd one will probably be back on GL because it wasn't p/u ed. He was a tad disapointed tho they were new and came from an air base in Ca. and transferred to the Peoria AG unit.
