i have a spicer 20000 7412382 on a m54a2 and the winch is on the truck but it does not have anything connecting it to the pto. does anyone have those parts for sale or know a way to rig it to work. also what type of cable do you need for the 20000 pound winch?

If it's the winch driveline your'e looking for, I have one off a m246, which should be the same. Measure the length from the pto uotput shaft to the winch input shaft, and I'll see if it matches up.

all of the five tons with the gas, Mack and multifuel engines will use the same shaft. The cummins powered trucks will use a longer (and more expensive) shaft.
