If not, which is what I'm thinking, what would I need to do to get the trailer to tow level? Besides putting 46" tires on the M105 ha.

well if you put bigger tires on the truck and it raises it, it's obviously going to raise the pintle hitch. How high is your hitch right now? The M105 lunette is roughly 36" of the ground.

FWIW my truck's tires measure 44" and the a m105 is nose down a little when unloaded.

You could also flip the pintle ring if it is nose down to increase the height. If your is not already set that way.
