Will this ring fit over a 5 ton pintle coupler?

It says 3 inch inside diameter and 1 5/8 inch thickness of the ring.

If you got a 3" inner diameter ring you should be golden. I'm not 100% on the dimensions of the pintle but I think it's about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4" around.

Ok just ran out to my truck, the bottom part of the pintle is 2 1/2 inches wide, and from the back of the pintle ring to the front of the pintle is 4 1/4" and the inner diameter of the pintle is 2 1/2" so a 3" ring will be a close fit

Thanks, Maybe I will get one of these rings and if I were to mill 3/16 out of the inner dia it would give me 3.375 dia ID. This is just to pull a 6000 lb pickup.
