Winch Seal Replacement

Hello

Does anybody have the TM for Depot winch rebuild or procedure on how to take the winch apart to replace the seals on both sides of the drum?

I too need to replace my side seals. hope somebody chimes in.

the winch TM is very rare but good news is it's easy to get the winch apart get TM 9-2320-209-34-2-3
chapter 18 shows how to take the winch apart but one note if the thrust washer doesn't slide right
off the shaft your in for a fight, and the parts cross reference has napa numbers for the seals.

Check the TM section for TM 9-3830-206-34P. Just stumbled across it and it has some exploded views of the winch
