When I mail order things I have them shipped to my wife’s office, she told me that the UPS man was less than thrilled with the box. The box contained the chain and was also stuffed with some stainless steel mess trays, it was somewhat heavy. The chain stores nice with one ring in the pintle and the rest wrapped through the bumperettes then secured with a cable lock.

the 5 ton blocks at Colemans are good. they had several tri-walls last summer, should still have a bunch. Get 2-3 of them so you can do re-directrs. Army-Tents.com has a double 5 ton snatch block (two sheaves/pulleys).

Snatch block

Put a tape to it and measure then weigh it. The one on ebay is a 6" shieve rated for 1/2" cable, 17" total length and 24 lbs. Its for CUCV's, M151 and like vehicles. They are hard to find. Its not mine, wish I could afford it for my K30. The deuce snatch is huge and weighs a ton, I have two and could measure and check weight if anyone wants.

I bought one of those from a fellow I know who fished it out of a salvage pile. He hauls things there for the military and gets to fish all sorts of neat stuff out. Sold it too a fellow over at the Reading Air Show Who had a WWII era military wrecker. From junk pile in a barn to a collector with a fleet of WWII OD trucks...pretty good I think. Better than it turning into scrap to be recycled.
