wipers park at the top of the windshield.

put a new motor on from the junk yard. now they park at the top.. no idea why. ideas? thanks

Is it possible the motor was removed when it wasn't parked and wasn't in the proper park position when it was bolted in? The wipers may have been installed in the wrong orientation, due to the motor not actually being parked above the cowl panel when you put it in. Those wipers go on any number of ways, and do not have a notch or dimple to index them. Try and reinstall the wipers now that the motor is where it wants to park. Good Luck.
