Hey Guys
A friend in So.Fla sent me this as he is having trouble with a deuce he just sold on e-bay ( gave the guy his money back until he figures this out ). Any help is appreciated.

"It is a LDT-465-1C engine. Had not run for about three months. Started
normally, ran for about 10 minutes around the property. Stopped
normally to clean the bed, and was off for about an hour. Went to
restart -- cranks, but will not fire up.

Getting good fuel pressure through the filters and into the injector pump.
Compensator is still active. Supply line is not long enough to bypass.
Bled everything up to injector pump.
Fuel pump on, getting fuel exiting the distributor head on the injector
pump into the drain line (appears normal).
Made sure the stop lever is forward.
Removed one of the six fittings at the top of the dist/inj. head, and
absolutely dry while cranking

RE: Won

Bill, sometimes even though the stop cable is all the way in, the stop mechanisim inside the pump doesnt return properly. I would investigate that....
