Is that a gasser and that thing needs some paint! ANY color would be good, just to save the metal. Use an angle grinder or power drill with some abrasive pads to knock off the rust. Get some foam rollers and a $40 gallon of Rustoleum paint. Bada-bing!

it is a gasser but alot of the sheet metal has cancerous issues so im in the the hunt for some better sheet metal
