I heard we used to have a DOC (PA) up here at my unit that used to play a messed up trick on guys when he had to do that, he had a medical glove filled with sand he would place this on the patient's right shoulder then he would place his left hand on the patient's left shoulder and tell them to "just relax" then he would use his right hand to conduct his check......oy talk about freaking someone outMore like, drop your drawers and bend over, your gonna feel a slight bit of pressure....
