As you would any fiberglass body part, sand, prime and paint. If the scratches are deep, skim with short strand fiberglas, let it dry sand, prime and paint.

Keep in mind that these doors are made out of Epoxy resin not Polyester resin (standard fiber glass) so Bondo and fiberglass resin will not stick to it. I would use a 2 part Epoxy resin. We buy ours from Single source automotive paint.
