While checking out the extended cab "It's Not a M880" I thought it could be called a XM889, so I googled it first and found this NSN created in March of 1979
2320-01-073-7897 ( XM889, W300, 01-073-7897 )
I'm still searching for a pic of this beast.
The M880 series were only 1976 & 1977 model year tucks.
I also see an SS'r has named his Ramcharger a XM889, but the W300 is a 1 ton truck.
