California still has plenty O' drugs . That is a state known nation wide for the vast amount of medical marijuana gardens that they have,and you don't have to have a white overcoat to grow your heart out,just long hippie hair and a big hippie dream. It's a well known but not talked about fact,like the number one cash crop in Kentucky is marijuana,not corn or soybeans,not even corn and soybeans combined.That is one hell of a note.Perhaps we are following California.

its a wonder people in california ever have to buy shoes...... can you imagine going your whole life with your nose in the air and feet never touching the ground. those people live in their own world.
