York 210 on a deuce

I am installing a York 210 compressor on my 6.2 M211 project and I got to thinking, why not put this compressor on the M35 style trucks too? It would be a huge improvement over the stock Midland unit. They have their own oil sump, are rated for 6000rpm, cheap parts, electric clutch, should make pumping up tires or running small tools much nicer. Most yorks are in the $50 range from Junkyards and rarely need more than some new seals/gaskets. Seems like one would be an easy swap for the deuce.

Whats the cfm of the unit? I know there are 3 different ones. I would only mess with it, if it were double.

A york 210 puts out 10cfm.

Not worth the effort IMHO. The deuce puts out 7.5cfm.

The deuce compressor is rated at 7.25cfm at 1250 rpm.
The York 210 displaces 10.3 cubic inches and is rated at 8.78cfm at 1250 rpm.

It's not a huge difference but I think it would be noticeable. It was just an idea I had and it is certainly an improvement albeit a slight one over the stock Midland unit.
