A great after action would be that we could start the next years (2012) rally thread earlier - about now would be fine - that is before the world ends two months later.

Folks, I am hoping to obtain a Hardigg field desk for the check in/ name tag area for 2012 SSGR. I missed one in the classifieds but did place a wanted ad to see if one pops up. I'd rather avoid the plywood contraptions if possible.

Avoid the plywood ones? Hay I have a older wooden style in my shop on display for looks only! Don't be ragging on the old stuff ;0) The Plastic Hardigg one would be better for the rally and besides I don't want NO DIRT on mine anyways.....lol

The wooden ones are great, just not what I want. There is one on a well known auction site but it's a little more costly than I'm willing to go right now. Bobby, have you seen.any sold? What is the ballpark price on one?

Wow, after looking at the price they want for these PELICAN HARDIGG FIELD DESKS.....I wish I had room when I returned from Iraq in 2010. I had three of these desks that I had to leave behind for the Iraqi Army after we closed FOB CKV. The USMC gave them to me, but I had no-way to get them back to USA.

I have not seen any sold as of yet. A friend of mine got a few but he kept two donated one and sold the other two for $150.00 each. I wished I could find some of these they are cool but don't think they are worth $200 but that is my opinion only!
P.S. But if yall will pay me 200 I will gladly take it if I can get them for the right price!...lol

I'll be bringing some of these to the GA Rally (if they don't sell first).
They were used to carry some field computer set up.
The legs fold out of the lid and bottom of the box and hook to the upended middle section.

Completed one of the action items from the AAR this week. Now just gotta figure a way to get them to the 2012SSGAR. All sixteen foot pumps work, eight of the old soap dispensers work and I have eight new ones on order. I think I can fix the paper towel dispensers (baffles have broken loose). Need to get the glue off where the stickers were. According to the DD1750 attached to one of the units, they were packed on 25 July 04.
A big thanks to gimpyrobb for picking them up at Lockbourne and arranging their transport to to Aberdeen, to Cabell, Neil and Chuck for getting them to North Carolina where I picked them up yesterday.
