I think you may have been misinformed by whom ever you spoke too. If your in the last faze "Submitted to TSC, pending approval" normal time has been 1 to 3 weeks for approval the average has been 19 days.

I'm at 35 days since my EUC went to the TSC, pending approval status. I was hoping for 1-3 weeks, I have done tons of EUCs in the past.

There is literally 2 guys in the TSC office right now that are going through these things they've had some turnover recently...

Jwade, can we get clarification on the actual time frames? I have been told two different things when I have called. One said 7-8 weeks from when the EUC was sent back on May 13th and then I was told 6-8 weeks from when it changed to submitted to TSC which was 6 weeks after it was originally sent.

I just talked to our Customer Service Manager about what you guys are being told we will work to improve our communication there. I hear it all day as my desk is next to Customer Service... The reality is this problem has been discussed between us and Battle Creek heavily and we have added headcount on our side to help manage the EUC process and we have cut the time it takes to get from here to there in half. At this point all that has done is increase the backlog. They have had a few people leave and haven't replaced them. All that being said we are completely at their mercy right now an accurate time frame is hard to pinpoint. Sorry that i don't have more info right now. I will update as I hear more.

To my understanding, and I spoke with a representative with Government Planet, they are doing too good of a job selling off military hardware. They have expanded their reach in sales, and are now selling US Military equipment in Europe. They have raised their security clearances on certain equipment. I am waiting for a security clearance, I am a prior buyer, for M916A1 out of Reno Nevada. Just be patient.

If you knew how many different federal organizations are involved in the clearance you would realize how arrogant your statement is.

Sargent as you note above on your rank explains your ability to jump to conclusion's in your bold reply "how arrogant your statement is"
My hope Sir is your service is long over and appreciated if so, one never knows who they may be chastising.
My position requires I maintain an "L" security clearance with the DOD at currently GS-14. Just a little note Sir
the following agencies are known posted to inquiry, NSA,DIA,DOD,DHS, FBI & there division TSC for listing/screening "last protocol" to clearance.

The object of war is not to die for your country but to make the other bastard die for his.

SF-97 time frame

Bought a M1078 on June 4th (or paid for my winning bid). It's now July 25th and I still haven't recieved my SF-97.
Govplanet never gave me any paperwork to fill out, just marked the box and paid for the SF-97. I have called them asking about my form and they said its in thier titling department and I should have it by weeks end. That was 2 weeks ago.
Is there anything else I can do or ask?

I am in the same boat. Paid invoice on June 4th no SF-97 to date. When I called GP they said they have changed up their routing to speed things up? Funny my purchase back in February resulted in my SF-97 being received in 28 days. Previous purchases with GL SF-97 30 to 45 days. Maybe they should go back to the original way they started. Folks waiting on EUC clearance seem to having the same fate.

Those emails are automated completely based on auction date. The IronClad Assurance starts from when the EUC cleared. We also will not charge you storage while waiting on the EUC to clear. As long as you get it picked in a reasonable amount of time after EUC clears storage will not come into play.
