I am a student of Coffey's school of satin paint. Thanks for that hint, by the way. I have been doing mine satin ever since. (Just a trailer and a black bumper. But, they still look awesome.)

Also, I have been mixing my own. The current camo green has way too much yellow in it for my taste, so I mixed some other colors till I got what I wanted.

Unless you are going for a perfect military match, you can throw all the rules out the window. I'm eliminating brown on my next paint job. Black and my special green only.

Coffey, I like that color. Ya done good picking it.

Everything has a fresh coat of Behr Marquee - even the seafoam green interior of the shelter :)l
What a fantastic job you have done. That looks incredible. Even the ratchet tie downs are painted to match.

Well done my friend, well done indeed.

Plus you're not carrying the weight of the paint reservoir...and great price on the unit.

Did the nozzle seem right to you, clogging and such?

Nozzle was great. No clogging, dripping, splattering. Easy clean up. Once you get the 3 adjustments for air, pattern and volume set the way you like this think is awesome. I use the bigger 2 1/2 gallon paint pot for larger jobs - like my M931a2 - it's all in the adjustment, but once you find your sweet spot settings, these are great.

I painted some more of my m101a2 today with the behr marquee - this weekend I did the underside. still loving the paint. easy to apply; self levels nicely; good coverage with a single coat. nice thing with a good brush and good roller (not the time to go cheap) is that you can do sections at your own pace.
