That looks like it’s it. Wish mine still had the On/Off : high /low plate still on it. I will check toggle while Truck Master is off to see if it’s got three positions. I have never touched it as of yet. But I will tomorrow.
Thank You

By the photo of mine. It looks like the heater is in low. The defroster and heater knobs are pulled out a bit. I will take larger photo of dash and how mine is set. I ran Her engine for 40’minutes yesterday morning and didn’t notice heater or defroster on. Never thought it was on any time I ran engine.
Thanks

Yes the toggle is the 3 way. I put it in the center (off) position.
The Defroster and the Damper knobs are pulled out a bit. That’s the way they were when I got Her. Is that a problem ? Now the power toggle is off.
I never heard or felt the heater being on at all while I have ran the engine and the one short trip I took.
Also the Air Filter tube is not there.
I will check to see if filter is good.
Thank You

I Put grease in the front wheels to feed the boots. I put in 10 good pumps on each. The boot that has not been changed to the zipper boot feels like it can take more grease. The zipper boot seemed to give resistance after 10 pumps. I feel that one is full. Gonna add more to other boot. If I see boot enlarge I will stop.
Will be going after All the fittings I see.
Manuals are a great help
Thanks
Just catching up here,
Are you saying that you're attempting to fill the boots w/ grease!?
Those boots on the front axle are not supposed to be grease filled, they're just dust covers.

. . . sent without me knowing . . .

The manual says GAA. / I see that they had grease added there. I added more.

This is a quote from a thread called "Zipper boot replacement"

"If you have grease oil inside the boots then you have other problems
The nomenclature is dust boot not oil boot."

That is how I've always known them.

I added grease to the grade fitting on the top. Where the manual said to put it. I did not remove the boot. There is zipper boot that was installed on the drivers side. The clamp is secured tightly.
Thank you
