I thought I would post here my first WW11 Dodge a WC54 Ambulance. It needs a total restoration but they are very hard to find any of the WW! Dodges up here in Canada but it is not too bad overall. I have a M37, M43 and a 66 flat fender Dodge but this my first early war time one. I need to find some parts for it like the HEATER under the dash and also the AIR CLEANER assembly if any one might have any spares. Also the rear doors are in rough shape like most I think and could use some better front fenders as well. Here is a question for some, will the doors on the 1/2 ton fit on the 3/4 ton Ambulances as I was told by some that the body's were the same ?? I am going to go to the tower park meet next month (my first time attending) so maybe I might be able to find some pieces for it there.

Perhaps it may have been a part of the construction of the Al-Can highway? Or maybe used by our forces along the DEW Line during the early Cold War? Hard to say how it got up there, but glad you saved it....

This WC54 was brought up from the US about 12 years ago from the guy I purchased it from. He purchased a couple of WC53's and this came with the deal. It might be a couple of years before I get a chance to tackle this project as I am currently working on my 1942 MK1 Bren Gun Carrier and hope to get most of it done this year. This gives me time to start to collect the missing parts I need for it so hopefully I will have everything I need when I get started on it. I can;t wait to go down to tower park next month as it will be a first for me and it will be nice to see GREEN again as it has been a **** of a long winter with record a snowfall. I need a set of tires for my Gama Goat so I hope there might bee some there along with a list of parts I need.

Sounds good, I have been to the one a Idaho Falls about 5 years ago but I don't remember what exit you take off the freeway to get to it and do you have the address for the one in Ogden? Also would you have the guys phone number to contact that is taking care of the inventory at Tomlins ?

Ask for Mark. By the way on the real Dodge Forum there is over 24 WC 54 owners with spare parts and a few of us 1/2 ton ambulance owners.
