I think he came up with a unique way to hang his plate. He was/is proud of it and we shouldnt bash him for sharing what he did. I personally thinks its a cool and a diffrent way to do it. I commend his workmanship.

I see what your talking about. I can see he took offense to some observations one of us had. Oh well. Guess things will settle back down now.

Here is how I mounted mine. Wired it up via tapping into the tail light wiring. Works great and is pretty much out of the way. Oh, I got it at Truckin America. It is for trailers, but it fit in that space perfectly. Drilled a few holes, used the self tapping screws, ran the wires through a hole in the back and hooked up the wires.
