I didn’t even realize that. The hood won’t open far enough for the hood latch to engage so I think I might be missing two quick release pins? I have 4 big bolts holding the guard on.

The overall buying Buying experience was positive, the euc took a few weeks and I had uship ship the rig to me. She ran and drove fine and is in excellent condition and just needs a headlight switch and some window stitching. I’ve been driving her daily and it’s been a blast so far.

I need a Chevy flatbed truck towed on a flatbed up to Denver area from fort hood tx. The POC on base says pickups are only on Thursdays. The truck has a bent driveshaft but steers, rolls and has brakes, runs too. Not driveable though. any takers?

Well fees, and the shipping so I'll be like 2k, some reconditioning and then buffing the paint out I'll be lucky to be under 4K. I really like the truck though I can't wait to start playing with it. Maybe I'll paint it up in OD carc like a MV.

I call around some junk yards to find a driveshaft, thanks. My 1028 is lifted and I can't really tow with it so this truck will be handle to have for hauling and towing. I hope the bed is longer than 8 foot...

I have a mep002 doing the same thing right now, I jumped across the air temp switch in the cylinder head and it fixed it (temporarily) I have ordered a new switch. My switch faults when it's really cold out. Hope that helps some... thanks terry

i bet your going to need all the tires, those are rotting off the rims.....I saw brand new NOS ones on a popular auction site that starts with E. I read they weight like 500 pounds each, there not mine but they look really nice.
