The old girl got a security upgrade yesterday. No more people opening the cab. I think it looks kinda tough too. Did Both sides.

Did it a couple weeks ago, but here is my 12v accessory power I installed. Put a 12v fuse block under the 24v service bus in the back and re wired original 12v cig lighter , added 2 more 12v accessory power ports, a dash wired USB power port and a switch to run power to my hard wired...

Finished the rattle can project. Added an Eye bolt for the antenna tie down and added antenna mount brush guard. The old girl is coming along. The last pic is from just after I picked it up... A before pic so to speak :)

Changed oil cooler lines with new ones. Stock numbers didnt quite fit right. Had to bend them every which way. Dang that sucked. Finished de-rusting slightly pitted floor pans and got some OD paint on them. Next gonna wire in a fuse block and run some of my usual 12v accessories... Rechargeable...

I had this problem a few weeks back. Took the regulator apart, cleaned reassemnled and it still did it. Then I checked the airline from regulator to compressor head. A hole had worn where copper line had rubbed on valve covers. It was gradually getting bigger but was largely sealed by the valve...

Added a fuse block for 12v in the cab. Wired a couple cig lighters to charge phones, etc. Also hard wired a streamlight rechargeable flashlight and installed new 12v electric wiper motors. Good weekend!

I run almost straight used ATF in mine all summer. In the winter , I run about 20 gallons diesel, 20 gallons of used atf and about 5 gallons of gas with a couple quarts clean motor oil just for good measure! :-D I just use settling barrels and pump off the top. Installed jatonkas spin ons...
