    M35A2 Turbo Swap

Okay I'll make sure to be careful with them. Here is how the bolt side looks. The rear ones with the studs look about the same. Do these look in bad shape?

Best gear oil in 2.5 ton axle

Hello everyone. Since the weather is nice I figured it would be a good time for a gear oil change. I know somewhere in the TMs it says to use 80w90. However, would 85w140 conventional or 75w140 synthetic be better? I figured the thicker oil might protect better than 80w90 but if I need to stick...

    M35A2 Wiper Arm

Hello everyone, are the stock M35A2 wiper arms supposed to have springs on them to hold them to the windshield? Neither of mine did, and neither did the replacement I bought for one side. They don't seem to put enough pressure against the windshield to effectively remove water. Any ideas? Thank...

    Heater plumbing?

Yeah, put the new thermostat in and with the plumbing routed as instructed on here the heater is melting me up in there! Thank you for the help. Weird thing is the temp gauge with the thermostat deleted always was maxed out in the red even though the engine did not get warm at all...when the...

Would a M35A2/LDT465 parts manufacturing business be successful?

I think the biggest issue is the brake parts themselves are rare for dual. Now if you manufactured the entire dual system...

    Mysterious coolant leak...I think...

Yeah we replaced this one with standard radiator hose but we got the tougher "braided" type for the other two. Not a braided hose in the conventional sense, but is like some kind of fabric like rubber material.

Would a M35A2/LDT465 parts manufacturing business be successful?

Thanks for the information guys! I guess I am what you would call a deuce loyalist. I get sentimental attachment to things. Well I guess I will see how things pan out over the next few years to test the markets. Maybe a business making all kinds of military parts would be better than something...

    Mysterious coolant leak...I think...

    Heater plumbing?

Hey again! Figured I needed to get better about posting results of these suggestions on here. I re-plumbed the heater but still cold. I think I have some bigger issues with the heater core or clogged lines that need to be addressed. I'll post back what I figure out. Thanks!

    Mysterious coolant leak...I think...

Yes, I did. Thank you! Now I have another on the drivers side, but should be easier to trace. I was thinking about getting out and finding it today, but it is a bit chilly!

Would a M35A2/LDT465 parts manufacturing business be successful?

Hello everyone, I am posting today regarding a different topic. I am a machinist and enjoy the trade. Just started into it about 2 and a half years ago. I have been seeing a lot of talk lately about surplus engine parts and rebuild kits being hard to find and expensive. I have thought about in...

    Mysterious coolant leak...I think...

I was just calling it what the other guy on this thread called it. The guy helping me called it the coolant rails.
