its sticking. but I can undo the screws and pull it back a little bit and its free but when I try and put it back it sticks. and it will only go back flush when its in the fuel off position
Im getting my hands on a 5 ton with a blown engine and insted of putting the 250 back in i was thinking about a cat 3406c 475 hp and a 13 speed. any other ideas?
Never thought of it that way. The guy that told me about the unburnt fuel thing did truck pulls. He was turning 4500 rpms in a duramax and used water methonal injection.

I just rebulit the starter because it was doing nothing, but I never touched the selonoid. Do you think where it hinges on the pin might need a little lube
