I want to try to start it again but concerned I will not be able to shut down, in that case can I move by hand the solinoidvhandle and push it in to shut it down, if it’s not moving?

Moving the master switch to off I do not see it retracting

I may have tightened the black knob on the solenoid, it does now move find in both directions. Also engine starts fine, the problem is it does not shut off

I have a parts unit so I will Swap it out tomorrow.

Been using it years, oil change all I did, don’t think it’s related, runs smooth.

The gen will not shut off using master switch or e stop.

It has been a while since I've looked at it but I think there are two switches, one is dead crank.

Interesting, I wonder by opening the side door and flipping that toggle switch, I forget what it's called wouldn't that work too?
