A case(12) of Brown and a case of Black, but id use the Industrial Rustoleum Black from Lowes(comes in a long silver can) in place of the CARC sub black. It looks and sprays a lot better to me. But Rapco's black is good too. I cant say if you can spray it over Behr paint, I would think so , but...
Is there anyone that can post a picture or help out, im going to try a few other things tomorrow but this part sure seems like the cause of the issue, would be nice to fix the easier things. Jay
Roger that , I found that , mines a little diff but same thing pretty much.
I didn't see the CTIS one near it. And nothing in the manuals says anything about that part.
TM9-2320-272-23-1 page 257 looks like the thing I circled in red in the picture but Im going to look around and see if I can find the ones your talking about,
update , I know what the low air pressure switch looks like, we had to change one on a friends truck. Im still not locating the CTIS one.
Can you put up a picture or tell me more about the 120 switch , its not the one that's under the exhaust elbow with two wires coming from the top?
I do have good air feed from the yellow line , electric is connected. If you can tell me more about the 120psi switch in case I checked the wrong...
I checked the switch that has the two wires near the air drains. The truck builds 120. The PCU in the picture doesn't make a noise. I know the power cord that goes to the left side top of the PCU is unhooked I did it to move it around. When its unhooked all 5 lights flash , hook it up it goes...
Suprman , I fixed the filter your talking about in the cab.
Can you get me a pic or tell me how to find the switch your talking about. I figured there had to something that's not sending a signal to the CTIS.
I replaced everything going from the air dryer itself to the wet tank.
