My favorite restaraunt was at the end of the runway at Clark AB. It was upstairs and when the Phantoms would take off om tamdem and at full afterburner they would cause the tables to shake. Loved that birdsnest soup there. 8)
just an interesting observation the authorizing general for you tm, at the end was general westmorelane, ie vietnam era chief of staff. man these trucks are getting old. hee hee.
I've seen a few crack dens that could use some leveling too. hmmm, crack den removal by ma deuce. Hey thats it with these military plates we can drive it down the road for civic functions. does that count.
obviously the truck is usaf and should be a 1987 model. the 790 is the completion of the inventory number 87L790. I would assume that the 86 number series is an inventory number too but maybe a replaced part like a fender etc. just a guess as to why they don't correspond but definitly...
Honeslty, I bought mine with the original intent to bob. Now after a year I love her just the way she is. Planning on paying the extra for the 11 new t831's in the not too distant future. Now if I had two and one deuce was a beater then indeed I would bob.
agreed, My tire guy does a complete dismount and remount in about 12 minutes tops. and charges about 10 bucks. I would rather pay him to do it safely and (I hate to say it) take the risk. He has the cage and everything and I stand back (about a hundred yards) and watch.
just my thought.... I am sold on the idea of after market oil and fuel filter adapter kits. I really like these.. JTonka has them for sale as well as other individuals. I plan on buying one as soon as funds allow. my first investement in my deuce.
