Unless the steering components are there, do not flat tow it. IT will not track without the steering components. 2cents

Depends on the leak, if its a slow leak just keep an eye on it and fill up as you need. Otherwise fix it!

If you do any planning with turning the fuel up, you may want to get a pyro gauge to monitor exhaust temps. Nobody wants a melted turbo :)
