Type of hose for remote reservoir?

I just used normal clear vinyl tubing from the hardware store. Running DOT 5 and no issues so far. Was able to pressurize it to 10-15 psi without problem.

    Code Enforcement

Disclaimer: this is not aimed at anyone in particular, just a general comment on the topic of the thread. HOA's and zoning laws are there for a reason. It has nothing do with taking away your rights as an American and has everything to do with maintaining property values, safety and a standard...

    Uses for Deuces

Spent the weekend hauling a bunch of 12 and 16 foot lumber for a deck project. No sweat and could not have done it near as easily or safely with my Chevy 3500. The guys at Home Depot got a big kick out of it each time I came back.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Fair enough. I don't own one, so no dog in the fight, just surprised. Learn something every day.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I'll be darned...good find. I assume #3 is referring to 90w GL? I'm surprised that would be approved over Dex III.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I would be curious to know what "because of Dexron III" means. They probably don't approve of Dex III in their newer trannies, but I would be very surprised if it wasn't recommended in the A3 tranny.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Have never heard this. Everything I've ever read from Allison said to use Dexron III or TranSynd/TES-295 or Dexron VI, depending on the transmission. Dexron VI would likely not be compatible with the seals in the A3 tranny, or so I've read, but either of the other two should work. Do you...

    M35 Operating temp??

Whatever was in it when I got it. The tag on the radiator indicates that the military serviced the cooling system pretty recently.

    M35 Operating temp??

Mine gets up to about 215 when it's really hot outside (mid to upper 90's and humid). Runs about 195-200 on warm days. Runs around 165-175 on cooler days (60's - 70's). I'll tell you about cold days here in a couple months.

    Code Enforcement

It's been said, but I'll add my two cents (and I want to subscribe to the thread to see the outcome). First, make sure you are in 100% compliance BEFORE you walk into a courtroom or council meeting. If not, don't waste your time. Second, stay calm. I realize it's frustrating and can be...

    New keeper of a 69' M35A2

FYI, you're going to get skewered about reading the TM's :) 1) Don't know, but if it's leaking that much, it ought to be easy to find 2) That is the low air buzzer. You REALLY need to read up on the brake system and understand why that buzzer is there. 3) In the operator's manual, I believe...
