I've got the oil cooler lines off for a free weeks now It's not as oily in the reservoir tank with them disconnected but still dirty. I'll try to clean it out another time or two and give it some more time to see. I don't have a way to pressure test or do a compression test.

Yes, brand new batteries, been doing great the last month since rebuilding motor, then hot two days and nothing, outside temp cools off and its works again. Lights don't fliker.

This morning or late afternoon after the outside temp is cooled off, starts with no issues. It strictly is a hot and sunny temperature issue.
