Hey guys, I have an M925, and the Exhaust pipe leaving the Turbo, and headed to the flex pipe is bad. I ordered a new pipe from Memphis Equipment company. When the pipe got here, it is the right diameter, it is the right bend, it is the right everything.... BUT it's about 2 3/4" too long...

My mechanic is going to attempt to open it up, and see if the replacing the O-rings fixes the problem. He doesn't think it will, but that's a lot better than dropping 300 on a new unit. The truck has been giving us a lot of problems. This might be the first 5 ton we take a loss on.

The Clutch assembly is fine. what is pictured is the actuator that is bad.

Here are pics of it. It does look pretty similar to the TNJ Murray Item. My mechanic tells me that this is an "Air to engage" for the fan. The problem with ours, is that it is continuously letting air through.
