Hey Folks- I have an '87 USAF deuce with the typical 3-color camo, Brown/Green/????. It's not flat black it's almost a blueish grey. What is it???
Thanks!
Got mine today via UPS but I bought new windshield frames from them too so I think that's why it shipped UPS. Others were shipped via USPS I believe. I called C&C this morning and they gladly tracked it for me.
I just bought a deuce TODAY and have been following this post with the hopes I would have the truck bought before this lockout deal happened. Am I too late to get in on this?
After 3 years of searching on and off and a little convincing of the wife I bought one!
1987 M35A2C Ex- Air Force
Michelin 11.00's
Personnel heater
D Turbo
13,500 miles/ 550hrs
Came with a cargo cover/bows etc
Runs great and I just made the 120 mile journey home without any issues.
Thanks so much! That is exactly what I was looking for. I am familiar with the mis-matched issue and that's what I'm hoping/guessing the problem is. Should have confirmation tonight.
Thanks Again
I'm looking at an M35A2 that is for sale. The oil pressure gauge on the panel is showing low op at idle and high rpm. Can someone tell me what thread the op port is on the engine case? 1/4 npt? I need to put an external gauge on it to see what the actual direct reading is.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks for the reply's so far. I might consider a 5-ton. The reality is that I want to be able to work on the deuce and not break my back (as bad) as a 5-ton. Parts seem to be more plentiful for the 2.5's. I don't want an automatic for darn sure. What is the 5-ton standard Cargo variant? M813?
Hello everyone. Jordan from Oklahoma. This is my first time posting on here. I have been interested in an M35A2 for quite some time and have done a bunch of research and have actually looked at a handful of privately owned trucks. In fact, I met up with Clinto on a business trip last month...
