Hey 77AMG. Nice to have met you over at your truck location this week. Good luck with your truck
and hope to see you at the gorge soon. Always a great thing meeting new friends. Maybe send me a message
when you get ready to take it home. Might be able to meet up.
I would also have to agree that this might be a little much. I have seen a few of these in adds lately
in the $8000 range but they are near perfect, get in and drive away vehicles. I also have a friend that
just bought a near perfect ambulance version that is near mint for a lot less. Good luck...
WM, did not make it down this year. If you see this when you get back, and have 2 of the black T-shirts
in 4x I will take them. You sent me 2 last year after the rally was over. Just get with me and let me know
what I will owe for postage. Hope everyone is having a great time. Be safe.
hey jinxkat, sent you a PM about a clansman radio. Don't know if you saw it or not. Should be in your mailbox. The truck is lookin good!! Can't wait to see the radio gear installed.
Hey everyone. Looks like you guys are having a great time. Was just curious how Ferro's wrecker was coming along. Keep those photo's coming for those of us who couldn't make it.
P.S. How's tinkerbell doing???
Here you go Maddawg. This is not everything, but what I had in the shack. Thanks to the other guys who posted. I love looking and learning about GREEN radios. By the way I am always looking for accessories and misc. especially for the prc 117a. Seems to be hard to find anything
for them?? I...
One of these days i will have enough money to buy Bob's w400, or maybe get very lucky and find
one!!!! great truck Bob..... Thanks for sharing your photos everyone.:)
Congrats on your ambulance!! I still remember driving mine home this summer. It's a 893
2 wheel drive model. I actually took it camping a few weeks back and it was a big hit. Can't wait
to make a few rally's this year. Good luck.:D
Just got back from our local Veteran's Day Activities and parade here in Wilmore, Ky. We have a 350 patient Vet center
here in town (Thompson Hood Vet Center). Started with a parade at 10 am from downtown and ended at the Center
for a program. All the Vet's that could make it, came outside and...
I just dropped mine 2 weeks ago on my 893 ambulance. Of course removing the box not an option as you have on your Pick up. Had to remove the drive shaft and then take the 3 straps loose from the middle of the truck. I did not have to take mine all the way out, just drop it down, but I don't...
Great job, and fantastic craftsmanship!! Sometimes wish i had the patience and know how
to accomplish a job like this. As Zout said, keep us up to date with some more photos when you take it camping...:-D
