Looks like I need a new 4th gear also. This doesn't look right to me . The inside teeth look worn. I found the other parts I need, hope they have a 4th gear.

Here are some more pictures of the spun shaft, gear and keys. I noticed a small grove on the 2nd -3rd shifter fork don't know if this is normal wear. synchronizers show some ware on the outside edges.
