Why are you switching from 24V to 12V alternators? are you planning on switching the entire truck over to 12V ?

Is there any issue with the belt wrap only 90 degrees on the alternator pully, the original was 180 deg ? I'm curious if there is any slippage or squeaking on the alternator?

Where is a picture showing the blower vents ? are you only using the defrost vents ? You must have additional vents.. Can you post a picture of them ?
