yes old ones are all plastic and the new ones are all aluminum. I had all aluminum on the front of my truck which I replaced with another set of aluminum and they work fine . The new aluminum ones i installed in the rear don’t work . I reinstalled the old plastic ones and they work .

I decided to replace my cold advance thermostat in my m998. I thought it would be easy but can’t just unscrew it from the engine. Everything is in the way what’s the trick to removing it? Is there a special tool ? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I have replaced my half shafts recently. One of my boots blew out And now I have to replace the boot because the shafts are new. Got them off eBay about 2 years ago and can’t find the order info. Think I got the 10k shafts but not sure . How do I identify what I have 7k , 10k, or 12k? also...
