easiest way that i know of is to use 85+ pedals with oem gm master cylinder and internal slave cylinder with a new line made. suggest some lift for slave to driveshaft clearance. most off the shelf gm components. literally bolts together. dont know much about the external nv4500.

My favorite is 2.5 lift with a shackle flip and cut to fit 35s. Minimal collateral damage in driveshafts, steering, and brake lines. Drives great and low cost.
I would love to see you give money to ORD but I think your'e complicating it. I also own an 06 dodge with 37s and no steering stabilizer. A well set up suspension doesn't need all these fancy things.

Still, crossover may not be the answer. Push pull sends the box forward and back crossover will literally pull the bolts through the frame. You really only need a bolt in brace with stock steering and a one ton frame.

Crossover steering does not require hydro assist or a panhard bar. It does require a lift though. Those might be masking other issues. Like low caster numbers with that shim under those...
I have never replaced a stud unless I screwed it up. I have had way older and more severe duty vehicles with more frequent tire changes and still the studs are fine. I will replace lug nuts as a wear item though.
