    Just bought a FLU 419!!!

Does anyone have a pic of a engine cover for the flu419 with the forklift/knuckle boom crane. Mine has the same one as the SEE with the boom and bucket Instructions on it. Seems like it should have one specifically for the forklift??? Maybe someone replaced mine??? Sent from my XT1585 using...

Schutt Industries 1CSL0-SLC-T-1000 Self Loading Trailer

Great, mine is #15, and from the quad cities. Actually from Rock Island Arsenal, which is an island in the middle of the river, and used to be a military prison. I was the one that advanced the idea of the flooding after looking at mine and remembering the news reports of the Mississippi floods...

Schutt Industries 1CSL0-SLC-T-1000 Self Loading Trailer

I usually glow mine for about a minute. They are definitely not a quick starting engine like a 6cta 8.3 in an A2 5 ton. Once running, they're fine. What sn is yours?? Is it from the quad cities or from the recent CA sale?? I'm curious about the latest ones that sold as the military price was...

Schutt Industries 1CSL0-SLC-T-1000 Self Loading Trailer

I'm guessing 40-45° lift. Problem I see is if using for a dump trailer with dirt it may not empty well. My old 5 ton 6x6 dump actually tilted just over 90°. My newer one tilted probably 75-80°. End dump semi trailers raise really high and unfortunately fall over sideways quite often if on a...

Schutt Industries 1CSL0-SLC-T-1000 Self Loading Trailer

Artisan, did you see some more self loading trailers showed up. These showed our military gave over $82K was. I took mine on a trip to Texarkana and the brackets all broke off the hydraulic tank and a edge cracked open about 4". The bottom almost rubbed through. Couldn't believe it was mounted...

Transmission Power Takeoff Control Lever on M936A2 Wrecker

Are you sure you are not confusing the 2 levers?. Also the transfer case PTO lever locks the brakes and the 2nd air bypass valve releases them for a self rear recovery when using the rear drag winch to pull yourself out backwards. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

    M915A1 Alternator - Transformer Meltdown

Is there any new info on replacement parts or replacement alternators available. I took mine to my rebuilder and he says the T/R unit is $700.00 yikes! Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

Schutt Industries 1CSL0-SLC-T-1000 Self Loading Trailer

There is a radiator mfg in Ontario, Canada called Laval. I believe it's a mounting application problem, not a mfg's problem. Sent from my XT1080 using Tapatalk

    5 ton dump body

If you can find a 5ton tractor, then a take off dump bed from the Forestry service (taken off to make it into a fire truck), then it's almost a total bolt on operation. I have done it twice and its very easy. You have to take off the 5th wheel and drill a few holes near the rear of the frame to...
