i think it means the same send to be reset. so some one has found a problem or there is a problem with it or it just looks bad. on that note what do you think some of them junk for parts or running with a PM and look over. i have 2 701a i feel i got real lucky but they did not have that paper...

The Restoration Has stalled out right now. due to the lack of funding and time. it is mechanically very sound only major problems is the Rot of time on the wiring and fuel Lines.

The fuel filter has a primary and secondary stacked in a canister mounted to the frame. I don't think it really matters.
