Mine came with a heavy chain, too. No padlock, though. I use The Club, which won't stop a professional, but keeps hooligans from messing with it. Since the windows aren't tinted, it's easy to see before they break in.

Another question related to this glow plug issue. Do I need to wait for the wait light to go out before i crank, even if the engine is warm because I've just driven it? And if I do crank before the light goes out, do I need to wait for it to go out before I drive off?
