My department is looking at getting a winch for a M966. Is this possible without a lot of changes to put a military one in? Or are we better off to put a commerical one in? A winch strong enough to handle a vehicle is needed what we are thinking.

Whew.... trust me I know the feeling. We got approval from the Mayor and a few board members to get ours. The cost has been real low but it will take months at the pace we are going to get it done right. Just got some LED headlights off of E-bay, they came out of my own pocket.
That looks real good. I was thinking of putting LED Military Flood Lamps on the front and rear, plus LED headlights. I was debating about adding a bumper.
