So I’m not sure if the front hood 2.5” body lift mounts are for an H1 brush guard or not. Couldn’t stand looking at those holes and also don’t find many of the brush guards appealing. So for $20 I got some rubber and made a push bumper. I’d still like to find a way to hide the lower portion of...
Still got some parts I’ve gotta get and some more to install but check this out! FYI I’m not done with the install yet, lots of little trim pieces to add, I just wanted to share some progress photos. The top and doors are made by a company out west called Pipe Dream Off-road. Bunch of really...
Got the truck outside waiting on parts to arrive, should be pretty cool, I’m pretty excited. I still have to go pick up a windshield frame from a buddy of mine which might hold me up… Anyways, I started to add more seats to the truck. That blue seat in the back I actually found on the side of...
While I absolutely love the look of a 2 door and troop seats it seems that a 4 man setup would be a lot more comfortable, so it’s time to strip it down. I’m also thinking of putting in a middle bench seat -that would make keeping the kids seated a little easier. Got some cool things planned for...
Swapped the front springs in. Surprisingly the only thing I had an issue with was getting one sway bar bolt back in. looks about perfect now. I’ll swap the shocks out later on.
Pushed the trucks outside to redo the shop. Had some visitors stop by. The Kaiser m715 is mine. 42” tires on both trucks makes big tires seem normal. Planning to finish that one after I wrap up the Humvee
I’ve been back and forth on what to do for gauges. Holley makes an analog setup for the Terminator EFI, but after adding up the cost a digital display was pretty much a wash and it added more functionality. I do think analog gauges in the factory bezel would look more appropriate. I spent months...
lights are done! Still have some small odds and ends before its big road trip. I needed to get this out of the garage for a few weeks to take care of some other things so I put the raincoat back on it. Looks rad! Love that rear bumper.
I am currently using a harness and light switch from Power Distribution Solutions. This will control all of my lighting needs, turn signals and horn.
I cross referenced all of the halogen bulbs on the truck for their 12v counterparts. I came up with 1156 and 631 bulbs, these fit both the front...
its used to run radio wire though. mine had that exact fitting on the passenger side rear foot well exiting into the rear wheel well. not sure what its called. An isolator pass though grommet?
