Great minds think alike, I just ran across your thread in the midst of setting my Deuce for a Concert. I was out shopping for a small liner to create a pool in the back.
My biggest concern is will the water stay in the pool for the 10 mile drive.
I need to piggy back this thread also. I have a trailer I got in May from GL. It is a M116 frame but the Army built it into a tool trailer. It has no data plate therefore it has no Mfg Yr, VIn etc. I need to get it titled.
My question, is a SF97 even going to help me ?
What should I do.
Another Deuce owner thought it was an Antenna hook up as well, but the triangle plate around doesn't have any mounting holes. What kind of Radio would fit this plug?
He thought it might be some diagnostic hook up, but to what I have no clue. These trucks don't have computers.
So I got my truck home from KY several weeks ago. Been driving it around the neighborhood while my SF97 comes in.
So today I'm just poking around the truck and come across some things I have no idea what they are.
I took 3 pics to have the experts tell me what I'm looking at.
The First...
The Guards at the Front gate are not fans of Marcus. I'll leave out what most to said.
When I picked up my truck last week, we rolled in with a large trailer and they let us go to the bottom of the hill to wait, because we block the entrance.
What would suck would be you having to leave...

Wow, I was thinking maybe you snagged a boat while passing one on the road. Expecting to see fiberglass and trailer parts lining the highway.
Better to hear you picked up a complete boat. Looks cool behind the Deuce.
I fully agree. I got my Class A CDL's when I was in management training for a trucking company I worked right out of college, and I refuse to give them up.(especially in cases like this)
Well I made it home . Left Thursday at lunch for the 10 hr trip to KY. F550 and 10 ton rated trailer which weighed 6000 # . Never went through a scale house on the way there. NC had 2 open , VA had one open on 77, WV was closed for Construction and KY was closed Made it over to Frankfort...
I just got home 8 hrs ago from my Deuce recovery at Frankfort. From there to home was 530miles. We used my buddies F550 which has the 7.3 and a 10 ton tandem axle goose neck trailer. when we got her loaded you could tell she was back there. Coming out of KY wasn't bad, we crawled through WV...
You would think since I have a CDL I'd know how to use the dang thing. But I got out of trucking in the '90s. I've been reading the NCSHP website, downloaded power points and read NC Gen Statutes till I can puke. Which only add's to my confusion
.
What I have assertained is that under NC state...
