I just bought a 1944 GPW with MB motor and rebuild tag. the number on the frame (drivers side top frame rail close to the shock mount) matches the data plates. some rust, missing some small parts. good engine and transfer case. it cost me $5000. I would like to see some for $2500 in the shape...

my 1st EUC took less than 3 weeks so be prepared. haul it if you can, it's worth the peace of mind and cheaper if things go wrong. Sparta has a loading dock, people who will help and are flexable to work with time wise.

the deuce made the 75 mile drive home today and ran like a champ. added parts and bled brakes.paid a premium for it but it was close and is a very nice truck in great condition. very satisfied with my purchase.thanks to all who responded

the intank pump.everything else looks good so far. not much sign of any leaks and motor fires good with ether.

so far the fuel pump is shot and the MC is leaking out the front seal after power bleed. got both items ordered. just a waiting game now.

I have already bought the truck. nice looking rig ,well cared for. I will take pics and record all data and frame numbers on Monday and come back here with the correct data. they have been easy to work with at GSA and this should be no problem to work out. I just need a little evidence.
