installing new fuel injector - question about tightening

Thanks guys, yeah, common-sense was telling me "this just doesn't feel and seem right". Now to see if I can back them out without snapping off, always seems to be something that complicates an easy process.

installing new fuel injector - question about tightening

I have a concern about snapping off the screws for the hold down clamp. On page 5-187 of TM 9-2815-210-34-2-2, the instructions state to tighten the screws to 150 to 175 pound-feet. That seems like an awful lot and I would take a real chance on breaking the screws off. Is "pound-feet" correct...

    fuel injector tube tee

FYI Update - ordered the parts today from the Parker distributor in town. The Tee's, 172HD-4-2 were $26.58 a piece, a surprise but not a shock. The Nut, 61HD-4 were $11.20 for a box of ten. Should get them in about a week. Thanks a lot to everyone!

    fuel injector tube tee

After 9 Saturdays beating on it and soaking for two months with Kano Kroil I was able to get this stuck fuel injector out but in the process I broke off the fuel return tube tee fitting on an adjacent fuel injector. I was wondering if anyone had a resource I could by a couple of these from?

    Another tire question

Runk and all, thank you. Yes, I had tubes and flaps in the surplus G177's that I was trading for. Regrettably the tires were stolen before I could get them on the Deuce. The shop they were stolen from did find replacements and they came in yesterday, these tires came without flaps and tubes, so...
