it is connected to a a house. i dont understand the rest. this the job i did with pics of the auto start kit and relay all working perfect got voltage now on the lugs going stright the the ATS but the ATS has a problem i will get it fix in the coming days already email the guys i both it from
right now everything is working fine with the genset the ATS is giving problem it starting the generator with the power utility on maybe i need another ATS
i think i know whats wrong. i think the genset is coming on but the kit has it warming up off load. i think i have it set for 5 mins warm up but never thought it would be off load. i will set it to warm up for 1 min. could this be it????

the Inova kit doesnt connect to the S5
im possitive that i connected the inova kit right. the only thing i regret that i never check for voltage on the lugs ever i only use the outlet. i didnt see the green light on well it was daylight outside i doubt i would have notice a green light on
i had this generator a couple of months now always used the outlet never the lugs. I recently hookd up the Inova auto starting kit "Would that cause a problem like this?". i have the manual downloaded already but cant find nothing on it. The generator start good but no voltage atall on the lugs...
The generator is not putting out voltage where the main wires connects. but it only putting out voltage through the outlet. what can cause this i need this fix please help.
ok i have hooked up plenty of ASCOs ATS series 185 is pretty easy to hook up and mount i will by that one
