I gave you the location of the connector in my first reply, post #3. It's under the dog house cover, back of the engine. Easily accessible setting in the driver seat.
The physical location is right under the dog house cover at the back of the engine. That's the connection between the 'E'ngine harness and the 'B'ody harness.
Has anyone purchased/used the GEP18002829 Throttle Position Sensor? If so, did it work ok? Did you try to set the voltages?
Recently purchased a TPS from KASCAR. The part I received is part# GEP18002829. Not the 12554488 that is currently on my truck. Ok, so maybe just a new part # from GEP...
FlameRed,
Definitely good info in pinning out the TPS itself. Thanks for the help.
But, What I'm looking for is the pinout for the test cable used to adjust the TPS. ( Yes guys, I know you can adjust it to "good enough" without the cable or the block.)
The cable looks like this....
Does anyone have the pinout for the TPS test cable or a cable they can check? Or maybe a cable they are willing to lend out?

I have a M1043A2. 6.5NA GEP engine. No block heater. But, on the driver side there is an "X" painted on the block above a freeze plug. Not sure if that means to put it there. Or, don't put it there.
Understood. I'm should be there Saturday sometime. I'll find you and take a look if you still have them. Really only looking for a couple of nice rims.
