    New batteries still wont start

    Yep, I had the exact same problem. Checked all of my ground connections battery cables everything. Nothing helped. Finally made all new cables out of welding lead wire. Starts first time every time. Got to thinking later it kind of makes sense, after all those battery cables are all 30 years old...

    I buy blasting sand at our local lumber yard for $8 for a 80 lb bag. Call around, its probably closer then you think.

    M75 Moved Today After three years of work our M75 rolled out of the shop for the first time today. Still lots of work to do but it sure was fun to see it move. Ours was out of the same original bunch as the one pictured, but had gone under water several times over the last 25 years.

    What exactly are you working on when you say cupola. Our M75 has the same hatch as the M41 tank. What I would call the main traversing bearing is a timken bearing. It can not be dismantled but with a little work you can clean the rollers and regrease it with a needle attachment for your grease...
