    The GM 31 Gal. tank fits with the skid plate they were the same...... and when you are buying an after market tank ask what side the fill spout is on they will probably try to sell you one for a Suburban . Scott O&O

    I would wait till I installed the spin-on filter, the stock filter base is known for causing the problm your talking about, also did you try cracking the fuel cap a few turns seems to help until you find the problem. Scott

    dont tighten the fuel cap open it up a few turns the next time you let it sit if the starting improves you have a vacuum leak someware Id start at the fuel filter base

    I just picked up a new GM Fuel Filter Assembly with a new filter, its new in the Gm box and in a sealed wrapper but its missing the pressure switch and the hole is plugged with something looks like some type of resin or epoxy? is that right or does that have to be removed and a switch installed...

    It mite not be losing prime next time you park it open up the fuel cap a couple of turns if it starts better the next time it could be the fuel filter leaking or the check ball on top of the injection pump needs cleaning. Scott out

    10.5v glow plug ???

    ditto on the AC60 I have the resistor bypassed on mine if you pull off one of the wires and check the voltage when power is turned on you will probably have 10.5 thats plenty for those plugs Ive been running AC60's in my '86 GMC and now my '86 M1009 never had one swell. Scott

    depends on were your seeing the stars that are painted over if there on the doors I dont think the military did that if its yellow sounds like it was a county or township vehicle ay one time at least thats what they paint them around here. Cheers Scott

    that color is not maroon its on the build sheet as bronze, the GM color that they are calling maroon is actually called Dark Maple if you have an automotive paint store close by they can match it for you they have the charts its special paint for vinyl and upholstery. Scott O&O
